When will my order be ready?

Orders will be ready for pick-up within 90 minutes from ordering during open business hours. Sorry, we cannot do unpaid "holds" or time-sensitive requests.

What do I need to pick up my order?

The person who placed the order must pick up the order. Please bring a valid ID (Driver's License, Passport, Military ID) showing you are 21+. The name on the ID must match the name on the order. Please bring the credit card used to place the order in the event a refund must be made. Orders cannot be picked up by proxy.

Can I have my order shipped or delivered?

No, Arizona law prohibits any retailer to ship alcohol. At this time we do not offer a delivery service.

How long do I have to pick up my order?

Online orders will be held for 30 days. You will receive an email reminding you of your order pick-up as the deadline approaches. If orders have not been picked up after 30 days we are unable to issue a refund due to the limited life-span of the products. Should you need more than 30 days to collect your order please contact us directly ahead of time to make arrangements.

What happens if an item I ordered is not available?

All online orders are subject to product availability. We work hard to ensure the inventory system is accurate, however, should an item from your order not be physically available at the time of order preparation this item will be refunded to your credit card when you come to pick up the order. Should a draft keg blow (go empty) while we are preparing your Crowler order you will have two options at the time of pick up: 

1. Receive another Crowler of equal value in its place or

2. Receive a refund for the value of the Crowler ordered

Shop from the comfort of your home or office! No need to hurry to the Bottleshop to get that new item. You can order online and have it put aside for you!
